Term 3 of the Propel program is underway with 75 public sector managers developing their leadership skills.
The Commission’s Olivia Gialuisi and Melissa Ballantyne are among the participants in term 3 which runs for 10 weeks.
Oliva is completing the topic “High performance and crucial conversations” while Melissa is completing the topic “Changes and Strategies”. There is also the topic “Culture and Leadership”.
“In my topic, there are many practical insights that I am already implementing,” says Olivia.
For Melissa, the insights of both the facilitators and participants are just so valuable: “The people in my topic are from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and this is really enriching the theoretical aspects.”
Propel, a leadership development program shaping mangers into leaders, has 3 topics which are each run 4 times during the year.
The topics are delivered independently of each other and you don’t need to them in any particular order.
