Consultation on the Electricity Industry (Alternative Electricity Services) Amendment Bill 2023 closed on 21 April 2023. Ten submissions were received with one being identified as confidential. The submissions have now been published on the Energy Policy WA website.
Energy Policy WA will consider the feedback received prior to finalising the Bill for introduction into Parliament.
