Energy Policy WA is inviting embedded network sellers to register to participate in the Voluntary Embedded Networks Code of Practice.
The voluntary period is expected to run until the end of September 2024, but may be extended.
Participants will help to inform potential mandatory code obligations specific to embedded networks under the Alternative Electricity Services (AES) framework.
Participation is voluntary and the obligations in the Voluntary Code are non-binding on participants during the voluntary period.
