Serious Crash - Champion Lakes

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Champion Lakes on Monday 23 February 2026.

About 1.40am, a red Toyota Corolla station sedan was being driven along Tonkin Highway near Corfield Street when it left the road and collided with a tree.

The male driver and a female passenger – both aged in their twenties – sustained critical injuries and were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment.
