Officers from the WA Police Force Arson Squad have charged a third person as part of their ongoing investigation into a fire that occurred in Port Kennedy on Saturday 14 June 2025.
About 9.40pm, Police and Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) were called to a fire at a commercial premises located at the intersection of Paxton Way and Fielden Way.
On arrival, it will be alleged that seven vehicles parked at the business were located on fire and approximately $200,000 damage was caused.
A 32-year-old Baldivis woman is next due to appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court on 21 November 2025, charged with:
- Criminal Damage by Fire
- Criminal Damage or Destruction of Property
- (Att) Gains Benefit by Fraud
