
A WA Premium Food and Beverage Trade Event in Tokyo showcased the fruit’s versatility as the hero ingredient in tasting plates of avocado and salmon tartare, avocado and lobster mini burgers, avocado mini croque madames and an avocado and chocolate mousse.
The avocados were showcased alongside a selection of other premium WA produce and wine to meet Japan’s increasing demand for high quality, healthy food and drink.
The event also marked the launch of the new Japanese language Western Australian Exporter Directory featuring more than 150 local food and beverage businesses to be linked to potential international buyers.
