Public Sector digital program recognised for innovation

The quality of WA public sector graduate programs has been recognised on the national stage with the Digital Public Sector Graduate Program winning the Will Spensley Memorial Award for Innovation at the 2025 Australian Association of Graduate Employers Awards.

The digital program was the only government program in Australia to be nominated in this category – a huge achievement that highlights how WA agencies are creating fresh, meaningful and future focused graduate experiences.

It’s been an exciting year for WA with 4 graduate programs named among the AAGE Top Graduate Employers:

“We’re so proud to see all of these programs recognised nationally,” said Ann Mianulli, ‘A place of opportunity’ coordinator.

“It shows the quality of employment programs the WA public sector offers university graduates – there’s no better way to create real impact and kickstart a successful career.”

Congratulations to the Office of Digital Government which coordinates the prize winning digital graduate program and to the other agencies recognised.
