Armadale Detectives have charged a woman following an incident that occurred in Thornlie on Sunday, 1 February 2026.
About 10.00pm, police received a report of a disturbance at a home on Carakine Grove between two parties known to each other.
Police and St John WA attended the scene and located a 47-year-old man with multiple stab wounds. He was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The woman was located at the scene and taken into custody without incident.
A 47-year-old woman from Thornlie has been charged with one count of ‘Unlawful wounding with a circumstance of aggravation’.
Her bail was refused and she is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on Monday, 2 February 2026.
