We know that young people with fresh ideas, energy and new perspectives are key to ensuring the public sector is future fit.

That’s why the Public Sector Commission has teamed up with the Institute of Public Administration Australia WA (IPAA WA) to recognise high performing young employees in the public sector.

Our new award is the Public Sector Commission Young Achiever of the Year – which is part of IPAA’s awards for 2023.

Nominees need to be proactive team players who are achieving at a mature level and making a direct and immediate difference to your agency.

Nominations are now open and close on Friday 26 May. Nominees need to be aged 24 or under on that date to be eligible.

Note: your agency needs to be a current Personal, Associate or Corporate member of the IPAA WA to nominate individuals and organisations for awards.
