The Public Utilities Office advertised Origin Energy Retail No. 2 Pty Ltd’s licence exemption application for public comment on 21 September 2016. No submissions were received.
Origin Energy Retail No. 2 Pty Ltd has now been granted a retail licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found on the Western Australian Legislation website.
