The Wholesale Arrangements is an instrument created under Regulation 26 of the Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations 2013. The Wholesale Arrangements specify the products Synergy is required to offer and the minimum quantities that must be made available. The Wholesale Arrangements, along with the Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations 2013 make up the Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation (EGRC) Scheme. The Wholesale Arrangements were first published in 2013, and amendments to the Wholesale Arrangements were subsequently published on the following dates in the Western Australian Government Gazette:
- Western Australian Government Gazette No 111 on 23 July 2019;
- Western Australian Government Gazette No 59 on 29 April 2022; and
- Western Australian Government Gazette No 97 on 9 August 2024.
