Prior to appointing any experts from the panel, the Generator Arbitrator is required to consult with Parties to the dispute about the advice being sought and provide an estimate of the cost.
All appointments to the Technical Panel of Experts were made for an initial period to 1 August 2022. Appointments have been extended by the Coordinator until 1 February 2024, noting that negotiations between the parties are ongoing.
