Energy Policy WA has prepared unofficial ‘companion’ versions of the Electricity System and Market (ESM) Rules to assist stakeholders in preparing for upcoming changes to the WEM.
Energy Policy WA will publish new sets of unofficial companion versions on an ‘as required’ basis. Each companion version in a set reflects the ESM Rules expected to be in force from a specific date in the future, taking into account any Amending Rules that are made and have confirmed commencement dates when the set is prepared.
Changes from the previous version in a set (or from the current ESM Rules for the first version in a set) will be shown in tracked changes.
