Lands Minister Brendon Grylls said collaboration between LandCorp and two Goldfields home builders offered a greater range of easy-care lifestyle options at six lots in Stage 1 of Kalgoorlie's GreenView at Karlkurla estate.

Mr Grylls said GreenView was part of the State Government's plan to support social and economic growth and development in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

"These all-inclusive house and land packages are designed to make it easier for people to buy their first home or even downsize," he said.

"With two companies involved in the design and construction, GreenView at Karlkurla not only provides a complete house package,  including landscaping, but also delivers a superior level of housing design and construction."

"The site is close to amenities, including schools, shopping and parklands and the estate has been created to suit villas, townhouses and traditional homes."

Local builders Westralia Homes and Golden Hind Homes offer a range of house and land packages to the homebuyer market competitively priced from $465,000 within Stage 1's 32 single residential lots.

"The experience of local builders means people can enjoy the best-designed homes delivering a real Goldfields lifestyle," the Minister said.

In line with the project's sustainability initiatives, design guidelines for the estate promote climate responsive home design with a focus on energy efficiency and water-wise practices.
