To help more West Australians realise the dream of home or business ownership, the State Government has announced a "~Hot 40' of rebates for people who purchase a block of land in one of 40 regional developments.
Lands Minister Terry Redman said the campaign would provide rebates of up to $10,000 on hundreds of residential and industrial lots from Carnarvon to Mandurah.
"This exciting initiative provides affordable options for West Australians to make a new start in regional WA," Mr Redman said.
"With land to suit all budgets, this is a great opportunity for families to turn their home ownership dreams into reality or to start a new business."
Featured LandCorp residential and industrial estates in regional Western Australia include key development areas such as Carnarvon, Broome, Newman, Onslow, Karratha and Mandurah.
Rebates, ranging from $2,000 to $10,000, are available on purchases settled by April 30, 2015. Lots settled in May will be eligible for a reduced rebate.
Additional rebates for landscaping, sustainable design and early completion are available on some lots.
The Minister said the State Government was committed to enabling sustainable growth in regional towns.
"The development of residential and industrial estates is creating communities, driving local economic growth and opening doors for business ventures to prosper," Mr Redman said.
