''Anti-social or violent behaviour is not acceptable to the government whether it is men or women who are responsible. I oppose binge drinking by anyone and urge youngsters and adults alike to take responsibility for their actions. The government has promised to address law and order after almost eight years of neglect by the previous government and we are doing just that.''
