Minister's response:

The Minister thinks that the targets in the draft Performance Agreement are set at an appropriate level for the CEO of the public health system in WA.  He believes that it is appropriate to set more specific targets at the next level down in the executive positions of the system.  The targets will relate back to plans, programs and schedules for all major actions covered in the Performance Agreement, and progress will be measured against those plans, programs and schedules.  Where it is clear that targets are not being met, the reasons will be identified and corrective action taken.
