The Digital Public Sector Graduate Program is looking for the next generation of talent with applications now open for the 2026 program.
The Office of Digital Government leads Western Australia's whole-of-Government Digital Public Sector Graduate Program, which targets top-tier science, technology, engineering and maths graduates. To date, 49 graduates have participated in the program across 17 government agencies since the program commenced in 2024.
Recognised in its inaugural year as a Top Graduate Employer by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers, the program achieved this distinction based on direct graduate feedback, affirming its innovative and effective approach to recruitment and its immediate impact in accelerating digital transformation.
Graduates apply their skills across a variety of specialised streams within Information Communication Technology, including Cyber Security, Data Science, ICT Operations, and the new Geospatial Information Systems stream introduced in 2025, through a structured series of agency rotations.
