Funding for Exmouth Horse and Pony Club

The Exmouth Horse and Pony Club has been granted $1,400 in State Government support.
Sport and Recreation Minister Norman Moore announced the Sports Lottery Fund country package funding today.
The money will be used to support instructor development, with two instructors being sent to Perth to attend courses at the State Equestrian School.
"There will also be help with travel costs for members attending regional competitions, riding skill development with instructors being brought to Exmouth and a series of initiatives aimed at horsemanship development, including clinics and workshops," Mr Moore said.
"The State Government recognises the important role of sport in regional areas.
"The Sports Lottery Fund country package is administered by the Ministry of Sport and Recreation and funded by the Lotteries Commission."
