Environment and Heritage Minister Dr Judy Edwards today said the membership of the committee represented a broad cross-section of the local community.
"The creation of this committee reflects the Government's strong commitment to engage the community in managing these parks," Dr Edwards said.
"A series of public workshops already has been held and the appointment of the community advisory committee provides further public participation in the development of the management plan."
The appointments followed calls for expressions of interest from the general public, as well as liaison with existing community groups and the Shires of Esperance, Ravensthorpe and Dundas.

Dr Edwards said the committee would provide information and advice as part of the preparation of a management plan for the Esperance Coastal Reserves, as well as assisting with the implementation of current management plans.
"The Esperance Coastal Reserves Management Plan will cover conservation reserves along the coast and in the immediate hinterland between Starvation Boat Harbour east to beyond Israelite Bay, including the islands of the Recherche Archipelago," she said.
"These areas are mainly in the Esperance Shire with smaller areas also in the shires of Ravensthorpe and Dundas."
