The State Government's commitment to regional Western Australia will be showcased at the Spring Home Show starting at the Claremont Showgrounds on October 18.
Goldfields-Esperance Minister Nick Griffiths said the display was part of the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission (GEDC) and the Australia Unlimited Taskforce, both of which were actively promoting the region and its many diverse attractions.
"Since being appointed Minister for Goldfields-Esperance I have been very fortunate to observe first-hand new investment opportunities, lifestyles and contrasting terrains which the Goldfields-Esperance region has to offer," Mr Griffths said.
The Minister suggested that those looking for a change in lifestyle or a variety of career options should consider the Goldfields-Esperance region.
"It's a vibrant region offering everything from a seaside lifestyle to a rich tapestry of agricultural and pastoral ventures, plus it's the resources powerhouse of the Goldfields," he said.
"A visit to the Spring Home Show would be an effective way of finding out exactly what is on offer."
GEDC staff will be on hand at the showgrounds display from 9:30am Friday to answer questions on business, sport, recreation, entertainment, dining out, the arts, leisure and lifestyle activities in the Goldfields-Esperance region.
