Swan TAFE Managing Director appointed

Education and Training Minister Alan Carpenter today announced the appointment of Mr Wayne Collyer as Managing Director of Swan TAFE.
Mr Carpenter said that Mr Collyer had been Managing Director of Central West TAFE in Geraldton for the last ten years and had previously worked for TAFE in Queensland.
"Mr Collyer will be a great asset to the college, which is an important part of the TAFEWA network delivering a very high standard of vocational education and training to thousands of Western Australians," he said.
Mr Collyer said he was looking forward to working in his new role and with other managing directors in establishing TAFEWA at the forefront of the national training system.
Swan TAFE has campuses at Balga, Bentley, Carlisle, Midland, Thornlie and training centres at Jandakot and Armadale.
