- 22 companies announced as finalists for the WA Industry and Export Awards
- Awards recognise the best and brightest WA companies
Premier Mark McGowan has today announced the finalists for the Western Australian Industry and Export Awards 2017.
The awards, which are in their 29th year, recognise and support the State's most innovative and forward-thinking companies.
More than 20 companies have been recognised as finalists from fields including agriculture, manufacturing, education, health and biotechnology, and defence.
Award categories include the C.Y. O'Connor Award for Excellence in Engineering and Technology, WA Women in International Business, and Western Australia Exporter of the Year.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on October 26, 2017.
State winners of the 12 export award categories will automatically qualify for the 55th National Export Awards in December 2017.
