Leani is the Executive Director Corporate Strategy and Performance for the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). Leani has had a diverse career working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. With an extensive background in human resources, operations, corporate services and governance, Leani leads a range of corporate functions for DTF including People and Culture, Finance and Procurement Services, ICT, governance and compliance, and facilities and operations.
Leani is passionate about developing individual and team capability and supporting good governance through integrated processes, systems and ways of working.
