Rebecca Neumann: Western Australian Trainer of the Year 2026 winner

Rebecca Neumann: WA Trainer of the Year 2026

Working in remote WA, with its unique challenges, Rebecca has a strong commitment to culturally responsive, culturally safe, trauma-informed and strengths-based education. Rebecca is currently completing a Master of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, and her work is focused on fostering student success through inclusive teaching, industry collaboration and pathway creation, empowering learners to build skills, confidence and meaningful careers within their communities. With strong industry partnerships, her teaching philosophy is centred on equity and a commitment to helping students into further study and employment.
