The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) has released a draft revised Frequency Co-Optimised Essential System Services Accreditation Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) Procedure for consultation.  

This is to advise you of the release of AEMO’s draft revised Frequency Co-optimised Essential System Services Accreditation WEM Procedure for consultation. 

An outline of the draft revised WEM Procedure will be presented to the AEMO Procedure Change Working Group on 19 February 2024. 

AEMO has provided a marked up copy of the WEM Procedure to assist with identifying changes from the previous version.

Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the draft revised WEM Procedure by 5:00pm (AWST) 11 March 2024 by submitting comments to WA.MarketDevelopment@aemo.com.au. 

AEMO request any feedback be submitted using AEMO’s Stakeholder WEM Procedure Submissions Template.
