This is the approved form for the purpose of section 152A of the Petroleum, Geothermal Energy and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 1967; section 152J of the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Submerged Lands) Act 1982; or section 66F of the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Pipelines Act 1969.
