This Guideline details what chemical disclosure information is required by the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) and how and when this should be disclosed and made publicly available. It also provides Chemical Disclosure Reporting Templates which is DMPE’s preferred approach for submitting chemical disclosure information.
