This Commissioner’s instruction sets out further requirements of a procedural nature to support the operation of Part 6 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and the Public Sector Management (Redeployment and Redundancy) Regulations 2014 in matters involving redeployment and redundancy. It replaces Commissioner’s Circular 2009-28.
