A Petroleum Title dealing or transfer requires a description and date of execution, details of the licence, full name and business address of each party, details of the effect(s) on the registration, details of the interest(s) in the licence and in respect of any related dealing in relation to which an entry has been made in the Register or an application in writing for approval by the Minister has been lodged (whether before or after the day fixed under the section 2(1) of the Acts Amendment (Petroleum) Act 1990).
Submission of application
The application, together with supporting data must be submitted online through the Petroleum and Geothermal Register (PGR).
