The DRRP provides funding for nationally significant initiatives that reduce systemic disaster risk at the national level in line with the priorities, outcomes and goals of the National Disaster Risk Reduction Framework. These will be initiatives that proactively reduce the risk and limit the impact of disasters associated with natural hazards on Australian communities and economies.
