After pre-submission engagement with the relevant departments and stakeholders, the department receives the application and begin screening. The application is either accepted or rejected, based on the application’s conformity to guidelines, before it will go under assessment by the relevant department. If no further information is needed from the proponent, the final decision is made, and the proponent is informed of the approval or refusal.
