Stakeholder feedback is invited on the Exposure Draft Rules for the Transitional Arrangements for Frequency Control ESS Accreditation.
This exposure draft outlines:
- Further amendments related to RoCoF Ride-through Capability to section 2.34A of the Tranche-2 WEM Amending Rules gazetted on 24 December 2020;
- New section 2.34B with transitional provisions requiring mandatory FCESS accreditation for specific facilities; and
- Other minor consequential amendments.
