How to make a complaint about any aspect of the Department's functions or a suggestion about how we could improve what we do.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the Department's functions or wish to make a suggestion about how we could improve what we do, or if you have a general query, please contact us on the email address or phone number listed opposite.

Taking a complaint further

If you have a complaint but do not wish to raise it directly with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, then you have the option to refer your matter to the Ombudsman Western Australia - details opposite.  

This also applies if you are not happy with the way in which the Department has dealt with your initial query or complaint.
