The purpose of the Process is to assess the potential for hydrogen fuelled transport applications to be deployed in Western Australia and identify potential projects that could be co-funded by Government in order to:
- aggregate demand for local renewable hydrogen;
- accelerate the uptake of hydrogen fuelled vehicles;
- encourage the deployment of hydrogen refuelling infrastructure;
- increase skills, capacity and knowledge relevant to renewable hydrogen technologies in WA’s transport sector, and/or other related industries.
