Trauma Informed Practice Training (TIPT) provides practical trauma informed training solutions for investigation, traumatic incidents, mental health issues by training leaders, supervisors and staff.
TIPT teaches leaders how to respond to incidents in a trauma informed way, to do no further harm, and protect the mental health of all those involved. TIPT trained in the defence sector both nationally and internationally, teaching organisations how to implement a trauma informed response to sexual harassment and sexual assault.
TIPT also runs Mental Health First Aid courses, managing burnout and vicarious trauma, recognising and responding to PTSD. TIPT runs a unique Trauma Informed Leadership program, training and coaching leaders how to build psychosocial safety within their teams/organisations.
