This is the approved form for the purpose of section 152A of the Petroleum, Geothermal Energy and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 1967, section 152J of the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Submerged Lands) Act 1982, and section 66F of the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Pipelines Act 1969.
