The purpose of a Mining Development and Closure Proposal Scoping Document is to provide a framework for pre-consultation with DMPE to discuss the key aspects of the Mining Development and Closure Proposal.
These aspects concern delineate regulatory agency responsibilities and the identification of issues that are to be addressed prior to submission of the mining proposal and/or required studies/work that need to be carried out.
