Where a tenement is jointly held, each tenement holder must supply a separate MRF report. Persons that held tenements in prior levy periods should already have registered for the MRF.

If you own a tenement that falls under the Mining Act 1978 (Mining Act), you are required to register for the MRF and supply an MRF report by 30 June each year (the close of the levy period).
