Nharnuwangga Wajarri and Ngarlawangga Heritage Agreement

The Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) asserts that the expedited procedure applies to exploratory titles based on the protection offered by Regional Standard Heritage Protection and Mineral Exploration Agreements (RSHA) and by the combination of the regulatory procedures offered under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 and the Mining Act 1978.
