Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2026–2028 is the next step in our reconciliation journey. It builds on the foundations of the former Department of Treasury and Department of Finance Reflect RAPs and the Department of Finance’s previous Innovate RAP.
Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in July 2026, our DTF Innovate RAP outlines practical actions we will take over the next two years to strengthen relationships, deepen cultural understanding, and create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
As a central Government agency, DTF supports Government decision-making, financial management and economic policy. We recognise the impact of our work across Western Australia and are committed to embedding reconciliation into everything we do.
Guided by the four RAP pillars of Relationships, Respect, Opportunities and Governance, our plan focuses on delivering meaningful and lasting change through strengthening relationships, respectful engagement, elevating truth-telling, and leading by example.
