Response to Report: ‘Regulation of Shale, Coal Seam and Tight Gas Activities in Western Australia’.

In Western Australia, extensive onshore unconventional gas resources provide an opportunity to secure our domestic energy future. Through regulation, the strengthening of regulatory framework and providing an individual response and recommendations, the department encouraged companies to publicly disclose their EMP, including all chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing.
