A Statutory Declaration for use by applicants for exploration, prospecting and retention licences to provide evidence of an offer to enter Regional Standard Heritage Agreement (RSHA) or an existing Alternative Heritage Agreement (AHA) before the application will be submitted for a Native Title Act 1993 expedited procedure assessment under s.29 Native Title Act 1993.

Statutory declarations must be witnessed by an authorised witness. Please refer to the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Act 2005 for a full list of authorised witnesses.
