The STEM Engagement Sponsorship is a competitive sponsorship administered by the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED) and supports organisations deliver initiatives aligned to the State's mission update priority areas:
- Career pathways and industry links – showcasing opportunities and fostering industry engagement to support education and training.
- Diversity and inclusion – attracting and retaining under-represented groups in STEM.
- STEM culture and STEM literacy – building awareness, positive attitudes and foundational STEM literacy skills.
Applications for the STEM Engagement Sponsorship are now open from launch date until 10am AWST, Tuesday 28 April 2026.
