The Western Australian Social Procurement Framework applies to all State agencies, as defined in the Procurement Act 2020.
This framework:
- brings together relevant government social procurement policies
- establishes key Community Outcomes
- applies to all types of procurement
- supports value for money factors in the Western Australian Procurement Rules, and
- will take effect from 1 June 2021.
