About
The Housing Innovation Fund (HIF) Grant is a competitive grants program that aims to boost Western Australian (WA) housing supply by supporting industry-led adoption and commercialisation of modern methods of construction (MMC).
The HIF Grant has now been expanded from $28 million to $49 million, in recognition of the demand from the construction industry to take up innovation, supporting industry-led adoption and commercialisation of MMC.
The HIF Grant forms part of the $50 million Housing Innovation Fund, which aims to support local industry in adopting innovative construction technologies and practices.
Meet the recipients
Following the increased investment, 15 local projects will now share in $49 million in grant funding under the inaugural round of the Housing Innovation Fund Grant.
