System outage notices - DEMIRS

Information on the department's system outages. Please be aware that full or limited functionality of systems may be impacted during these times.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you are experiencing technically issues with a system that is not currently listed, please get in contact with us so we can investigate. 

 Temporary system outage notice - EARS2

System maintenance will be carried out to EARS2 (ACE) on Thursday, 24 October 2024, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The system will be unavailable during this time.

 Temporary system outage notice - DEMIRS systems

Planned maintenance and system upgrades will be carried out on DEMIRS systems on Sunday, 3 November 2024, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Various systems may be unavailable during this time.

IT Services provides a single point of contact for all technical computing support services for users of the department's website and online systems.  The IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm (GMT+8)
