Temporary system outage notice - Petroleum Geothermal Register, EARS2 and Infringe

System maintenance will be carried out on Petroleum Geothermal Register (PGR), EARS2 and Infringe between 4:15pm to 5pm Wednesday, 5 August 2026. Access to these systems will be unavailable during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are experiencing technical issues with a system that is not currently listed, please get in contact with us so we can investigate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

IT Services provides a single point of contact for all technical computing support services for users of the department's website and online systems.  The IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm (GMT+8)
