Planned temporary outage – Landgate aerial imagery in Tengraph Web

Friday, 5 December - Landgate aerial imagery will be unavailable in Tengraph Web between 5:00pm and 7:00pm.

Planned temporary outage – DMPE Systems

Sunday, 7 December - System maintenance will be carried out between 7am to 1pm. Systems will be unavailable during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are experiencing technical issues with a system that is not currently listed, please get in contact with us so we can investigate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

IT Services provides a single point of contact for all technical computing support services for users of the department's website and online systems.  The IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm (GMT+8)
