We recognise that high-quality early childhood education depends on skilled and committed early childhood teachers and educators. The Office will assist in the development and delivery of initiatives to grow the early childhood workforce in Western Australia:
- Workforce attraction and retention initiatives for ECEC and OSHC providers to attract, retain and support educators.
- Support to grow and develop the pool of Early Childhood Teachers in WA.
- Promoting fee-free TAFE for Early Childhood Educators.
