The Gaming Community Trust (the Trust) grant program is funded through the unclaimed winnings of casino gaming and wagering in Western Australia. The Trust is supported by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) in managing the grant program.
Eligibility
The following individuals and organisations are welcome to apply:
- individuals (must have Australian citizenship or permanent resident status)
- incorporated associations (Associations Incorporations Act 2015)
- registered corporations (Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth))
- licensed charities (Charitable Collections Act 1946)
- other not-for-profit organisations (support materials required with application)
- WA educational institutions (kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, universities).
